What the letters mean
Only books with one published multiplier and one published cooldown are on the repeat-cast board. Shatter the Azure Heavens is left off because cards disagree between 97 seconds and 37 seconds. Heaven-Lifting Hook is a next-skill buff, so it has its own board.

S tier
Player decision Use it as a frequent finisher while you learn the white marker. It is not a boss-burst ranking.
Player decision Cast it, then cast your highest multiplier book. Do not replace a finisher with this buff.
A tier
Player decision Keep it equipped until a faster or harder-hitting book is actually on your rod.
Player decision A practical early Gem buy if 750 Gems is cheaper for you than more Coin spins.
Player decision Prefer it over longer Mythical casts when you are chaining ordinary fish.
Player decision Treat it as a sidegrade to One Hook Supreme. Equip the one you own.
Player decision A strong Rare if the 14 second card matches yours. Five Hooks remains the one with a Gem price.
B tier
Player decision Good repeat cast if you already rolled it. It is not the same book as Rod Gate-Open.
Player decision Use it while a higher A-row book is on cooldown, not as a reason to skip Iron Rod.
C tier
Player decision Better when a quest wants one big last hit than when you are clearing small fish back to back.
Player decision Save it for a finish that needs the big number. Do not open every small fight with it.
Player decision Hold it for a heavy fish or a quest finish. Auntie Retreats or Five Hooks will clear more ordinary casts per minute.
D tier
Player decision Equip it when an aura or quest names this book. Otherwise a shorter Legendary casts more often.
