An October 4 guide calls this race Supreme King and the NPC the Fishing Emperor, also captioned Ha Dieu De. The climb uses trees, a black trunk, and a skull ledge. The quest wants five legendary fish on island 6, finished by the designated skill, and an unequipped copy of that skill scroll. Equipping the scroll makes the tracker show 0/1. Turning the quest in consumes the scroll. Duplicate legendaries count, including Phantom Whale. Reported results are +10% skill damage for a named skill group, +5% critical chance, a conical hat, and a yellow aura. This buff text does not match the Soul narration.
